Its actually very hard because you are competing with so many people that have no business sense that will actually LOSE money to undercut you and not realize it. About 8 years ago i bought and sold stuff on ebay and i got my product through a distributor. My profit margins were very small (I made about 400 dollars from every 10,000 dollars in sales). I think the way some of the people make money is working with the manufacturers and selling the refurbished stuff. Working with manufacturers is a bit hard (I remember back when i was trying to sell DVD players sony said I had to buy at least 50 per week and this was back when DVD players were at least 200 dollars) I have no idea what the requirements are now.

Sell 1 dollar items for 1 cent and charge $1.95 shipping and handling……which will cost you 50 cents…do this 100 times a day and multiple x 365 day and in 1 year you have made $52,925 tax free dollars…unless you declare the income like a good AMERICAN……aaaarrrghghhhh..aaaarghghghgh

Totally dependso on what your items are. Look your stuff up on ebay and see what other people are getting for similar items.
In my opinion Ebay is really going downhill. They have super high charges, you have to pay to list your item, based on the price, then you have to pay extra to add photos and other things to the auction, then you have to pay another fee depending on how much your itme sold for. Now they also force you to use paypal meaning they get to take another cut of your money. THey also restrict shipping charges so often times you can't even get the buyer to pay for the full shpping, you have to pay for it out of your money. Ebay is no longer good for selling stuff. Try craigslist, it's free and you get to keep all your money as its all local deals.

You have to sell things that people actually want to buy. It takes reasearch and selling on ebay is very labor intensive. But you do have to have a profit margin (buy low sell hi).

You transfer the money out of your PayPal account into your bank account that is linked to your PayPal account. There should be directions on the PayPal website on how to do this. You had to set up a bank account when you set up your PayPal account, so you just transfer the funds once they have been cleared into your account.

I assume as long as the profit generated is much more than the listing price, as long as they can sell.. they win. So it would be best if they sold it. Which is why its a good place for thieves, as they would make 100% profit if they sold it

Which one? There are at least a dozen. The FREE tutorials provided by E-Bay are just es good as ALL of them.
Note: The ONLY way to make money on E-Bay is to SELL something. You have to have something to sell before you can earn anything.
