Are you interested in doing more of your shopping online? In the past, a large number of consumers were worried about doing so; however, as online security continues to improve, more consumers are finding themselves shopping online. If you are interested in becoming one of those individuals, you will want to examine eBay.
When it comes to shopping on eBay, there are a number of first time eBay users who are worried about security, among other things. Of course, there are always internet scams that can be found on eBay, but, for the most part, you should be able shop on eBay without any concerns. If you are still wondering whether or not eBay is right for you, you may want to think about at least exploring the site.
When it comes to exploring the eBay site, you will want to examine it as a whole. For instance, if you are wondering about eBay’s security, you may want to visit eBay’s help center. There you can find information for first time eBay users, just like you. You can review eBay’s policies, as well as information on how they handle eBay scams, should you end up falling victim to one. eBay, like many other online websites, has a customer service department. Should you have any questions that you can’t find answers to on the eBay website, you may want to think about contacting their customer service department.
In addition to safety and security, there are a number of potential eBay users who wonder about what they can buy on eBay. The good news is that you can easily find out what is for sale on eBay, without even having to create an eBay account. If you are looking for something in particular, you can perform an eBay search with the item of your interest. If you are just looking to explore the site, you can also browse through the unlimited number of eBay selling categories. Just a few of these categories include home and garden, baby, clothing, entertainment, and much more.
Another question commonly asked, by new eBay users, is the methods of accepted payments. As you likely already know, eBay is actually an online auction website. This online auction website allows other internet users to post items that they have for sale. For this reason, you will find that different methods of payment are accepted. In all honesty, it depends on the seller and their own personal preference. Despite a possible variance among many eBay sellers, PayPal, personal checks, and money orders are often acceptable forms of payment. To get an idea of the payments available, you are urged to click on active auctions. Towards the bottom of the auction listing page, you should see the accepted forms of payment outlined, from that particularly seller.
As it was previously mentioned, you can easily explore eBay without having to register for an account. If you like what you see and if you want to start shopping on eBay, you will need to register an account with them. As a buyer, your account is free. Within a few minutes at the most, you could be bidding on the products that you want to own. You may even be able to find listings that are known as “Buy It Now,” listings. These listings enable to you to make your purchase right at that moment, without competition from other eBay buyers. To get started today, visit eBay.com.

Well, those above answers were helpful…I recently have 2 miscarriages in a row and my Dr. put me on Prometrium right after I ovulated this month. I got my BFP on Saturday and my HcG levels are looking good. I have heard of women carrying successfully to term after prometrium treatment. I wish you the best of luck!

I have known two women who have had the injections. One started them prior to getting pregnant since she had a history of miscarriages and finally carried the pregnancy to term. The other, my best friend started them once she got pregnant but they did not help. Check with your doctor to see if the shots can be started prior or right when the pregnancy is confirmed. Good luck.

Once the fertilized egg implants, the developing placenta begins releasing hCG into your blood. Some hCG also gets passed in your urine. HCG can be found in the blood before the first missed menstrual period, as early as six days after implantation.
Implantation (and the bleeding a few women experience with it – most don't have it) occurs 5-10 dpo, typically.

HcG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) is a hormone that is produced by the embryo when its starts to implant itself into the uterine lining (implantation) and begins to grow. This occurs approximately 6-10 days after conception. As it grows, the amount of HcG increases and doubles about every three days. The purpose of HcG is to keep the estrogen and progesterone levels at their appropriate levels until the placenta has developed enough to take this function over. HcG levels will reach as high as almost 300,000 mIU/ml (level) and will peak out at 10 – 12 weeks.
Your about almost 2 1/2 months. Make sure you got o your primary care and get a blood serum test and then they will be able to tell you approximately how far along you reall are. But it seems that you are almost to the three months. Good luck with your new baby and the one to come..

If you have intercourse with your partner sense the miscarriage there is a good chance you might be prego again. This happened to me, I had a miscarriage on May31, and started to have sex with husband on June 11. I found out on July 12 that I was prego with a new pregnancy. I was very scary and exciting at the same time. Well no one could tell me my due date because I didn't have a period yet after miscarriage. So I went in for Sonogram and found out I was 12 weeks prego, so that means I conceived the week of June 11.
Go in and get checked and give blood again.
Oh and also when I was having my miscarriage my HCG was in the 100s and on July 12 they were at 12,817, so they said yes you are very prego.
Just go to Doc and find out.
Good luck and god bless your loss.

Here's what i got for you:
B-HCG or Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin (beta subunit) is used as a tumour marker for gestational trophoblastic diseases (hydatidiform moles and choriocarcinoma) and germ cell tumours of ovary or testis. As with AFP, pre-treatment ß-HCG levels are very helpful. The major clinical application is monitoring treatment response in patients with testicular tumours. It is generally recommended that follow-up samples for AFP/ß-HCG patients should be done monthly for two years post-treatment.
b-HCG may also be elevated in cancers of the breast, lung, pancreas, stomach, kidney, and brain. Non-malignant elevations may be seen in bowel disease, duodenal ulcers, cirrhosis, and pregnancy.
This assay measures total B-HCG and has no detectable cross-reactivity with LH, FSH, or TSH at levels of 1000 u/L of each hormone.
Reference Range = <5 IU/L
SOURCE: google– but i read the answer first to be sure it is a reasonable answer for you. (i am a doctor)
WHAT THIS MEANS IS it can be elevated in certain diseases if you are not pregnant– in cancers, or even just an ulcer.
if you are not pregnant it should be <5 IU/L.
If you have an abnormal test and you are sure you are not pregnant YOU MUST CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR.
i hope this helps. cheers.
